Steel Cord conveyor belts

With their proven high-performance and reliability, Steel Cord conveyor belts are among the most popular modes of material handling. Wrap wires are embedded inside rubber and the alternating right and left hand twisted wires facilitate the straight movement of the belts.
The cords used in Steel cord conveyors are made of specially developed high carbon steel. The cords are zinc-coated to ensure superior bonding between cord and rubber as well as to protect the same against corrosion.

Steel cord belts with breakers (transverse reinforcements)
